What counts as a location?
One physical place with its own Wi-Fi page, such as a café, a hotel or a hostel block. A location can have as many routers, access points and customers as you like at no extra cost.
How is online time measured?
Your gateway checks in with us every few minutes. Each hour in which a location’s gateway was reachable counts as one online hour. Hours when it was switched off or disconnected are not billed.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose monthly or pay as you go for each location. If you haven’t paid yet, you have a 3-day grace period before selling is paused. Your data, plans and customers stay safe.
When am I billed?
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the month before, with 7 days to pay. You can pay from your account wallet and turn on auto-renew so you never think about it.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Customer payments go straight into your own payment provider account. You pay the provider’s normal transaction fees; we charge only the subscription on this page.
Can I mix options across locations?
Yes. A busy location can be on monthly while a weekend-only location stays on pay as you go.
