Sell through agents
Let resellers such as kiosks, shops or hostel porters sell your vouchers from their own login, paid for up front from a float.
An agent is someone who sells your Wi-Fi vouchers for you, like a kiosk next door or a hostel porter. Agents get their own login that can only buy and print codes. They never see your customers, payments or settings.
How it works
- Add the agent (Agents → Add an agent) with their email, phone and commission, for example 10%. They get an email to set a password.
- Record their float. When they pay you (cash, transfer or POS), record it on their page. That's their credit for buying codes.
- They buy codes from their own area at your price minus their commission, and print them.
- Customers use the codes as normal vouchers.
With 10% commission on a 1,000 plan (naira, cedis, shillings or francs), the agent pays 900 from their float and keeps 100 when they sell the code.
Money and records
- Revenue is counted when a code is used, at the agent's price, so nothing is counted twice.
- Voiding unused codes returns their cost to the agent's float.
- Disabling an agent signs them out immediately. Codes they already sold keep working.
