Customer accounts, wallets and auto-renew
Let regulars keep a wallet, buy in one tap, renew automatically and manage their devices. Plus renew links and staff tools.
Customers can use your Wi-Fi without an account. Regulars can create one on your Wi-Fi page with their phone number and a password.
What an account gives customers
- A wallet. Top up once, then buy plans in one tap without re-entering card details.
- Auto-renew. When a plan runs out, the chosen plan is bought from the wallet and they stay connected with the same login.
- Their plan at a glance: time and data left, with an estimate of when data will run out.
- Their devices. Remove an old phone to free a slot for a new one.
Money is counted as revenue when it's paid into the wallet, not again when it's spent.
Protecting existing customers
If a phone number has bought from you before, creating an account for it needs proof: the Wi-Fi login from one of that number's plans (the Wi-Fi page remembers it on the phone that bought). Otherwise, staff can set a portal password for the customer from their page in your dashboard.
Staff tools on a customer's page
- Give access for free (a guest, staff, or a replacement for a failed payment).
- Top up data or time on their current plan.
- Adjust their wallet with a reason (never counted as revenue).
- Create a renew link to send by WhatsApp or SMS. One tap signs them in and renews: from their wallet if it covers the plan, otherwise through checkout. Links work once and expire after 7 days.
- Reset their portal password.
