Add a location and your Wi-Fi page
Each place you sell Wi-Fi is a location with its own Wi-Fi page. Set its name, address, Wi-Fi name and page address.
A location is one physical place where you sell Wi-Fi, like a café, a hotel or a hostel block. Each location has its own Wi-Fi page, its own routers and its own sales figures.
Add a location
Go to Get started (or Locations → Add a location) and enter:
- Location name. Customers see this at the top of your Wi-Fi page.
- Address. For your records and receipts.
- Guest Wi-Fi name. The network name (SSID) customers connect to.
- Wi-Fi page address. The short name in your page's web address. We suggest one from the location name.
Your Wi-Fi page
When a customer joins your Wi-Fi, their phone opens your Wi-Fi page automatically. It shows your plans and prices, lets them pay or enter a voucher code, and signs them in when payment is confirmed. Returning customers can sign in to their account to buy again from their wallet.
You can change the welcome message, the terms customers see and your support contact under Settings → Workspace & Wi-Fi page.
More than one location?
Add each one. Plans can be offered everywhere or only at chosen locations, so you can charge more where your costs are higher. Reports show every location together or one at a time.
