Your Wi-Fi page: branding and domain

Add your logo and colour, WhatsApp links, a free business address, or your own domain for the Wi-Fi page.

Customers see your Wi-Fi page the moment they join your network. Make it look like your business.

Branding

Go to Settings → Branding:

  • Logo: square works best, up to 200 KB.
  • Brand colour: pick a preset or any colour. Button text switches between dark and white so it stays readable, and the colour is softened in dark mode.
  • WhatsApp support number and WhatsApp group link: shown as buttons at the bottom of the page.

The preview updates as you change things. Save, and your Wi-Fi page shows it straight away.

Your address

Under Settings → Domains you'll see where your Wi-Fi page lives.

  • Free business address: every workspace gets one, like yourcafe.wispot.net. You can change the name.
  • Your own domain: add something like wifi.yourcafe.com. Create the two DNS records we show (a CNAME that points your domain at Wispot, and a TXT record that proves it's yours) at your domain provider, then press Check now. We keep checking automatically, and set up the security certificate for you.

If your business has more than one location, visitors to your address pick their location first.

After changing your address, open each location's router and use Refresh login page and Refresh allowed sites under Remote care, so phones are sent to the new address.
