Automations (recurring access)
Give chosen customers free access that renews itself every week or month, such as staff Wi-Fi or resident allowances.
Automations give chosen people free access on a schedule, so you never hand out the staff Wi-Fi login again.
Create one
Go to Automations → New automation and choose:
- Who gets it: pick customers from your list.
- What they get: how many days it lasts, a data allowance (or unlimited) and number of devices.
- When it repeats: every week on a chosen day, or every month on a chosen date (1–28).
- Where it works: every location or one.
It runs at 8:00 am Lagos time.
Paid plans come first
If someone on the list is on a plan they paid for, they're skipped that time, so a free grant never cuts a paid plan short. Each run is listed with who got access and who was skipped, and why.
Use Run now to try an automation without changing its schedule. Pausing or deleting it stops future runs; access already given keeps working until it ends.
